Colorado
Enterprise Fund (CEF) is a non-profit community development financial
institution founded in 1976 to help small businesses. We provide small
business loans up to $50,000 to entrepreneurs who are unable to obtain
financing from traditional sources. The business must be located in
Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Douglas Elbert, El Paso, Jefferson,
Larimer, and Weld County.
